Can I steam while bleeding/menstruating?

No you CANNOT yoni steam while you are menstruating. Please wait 3 days after menstruation cycle ends to begin steaming.

Can I steam while pregnant? 

No you CANNOT steam while pregnant as the high temperature steam is unsafe for the baby.

Is it safe for my teenage daughter to yoni steam? 

Yes it is. After her first menstruation cycle begins, your daughter can start yoni steaming once a month. 

 

Can I have sex after my yoni steam? 

Yes you can have as much sex as you'd like after steaming.

 

Can I steam if I have an IUD implant?

No you cannot steam with an IUD. If/when it is removed, then you can start receiving steam treatments. 

 

How often should I steam?

It is recommended to steam at least once a month for restorative and preventative care.
